Aqua Forms is a web form generator enabling you to quickly create complex forms for: Membership Signup Forms, Shopping Carts, Online Tests, Help Ticket Systems, Quotes, Invoices and more. Making MULTI-PAGE FORMS is a snap and you can link as many forms together in a chain as you want. Creating an online form is made easy in Aqua Forms by allowing you to UPLOAD your company logo, choose borders/backgrounds, control the font, and display CREDIT CARD LOGOS with a click of the mouse. Allows for an unlimited amount of form fields per form, and you can control the: field label, data type, display type (input field, drop-down list, radio buttons or text area), field max length (up to 5000 characters), field choices, HINTS, and default values. Features automatic field VALIDATION. Get the form results optionally E-MAILED to you or EXPORT them to a CSV file. Even individual fields can trigger e-mail notifications when a particular value is entered.
