Shared Calendars integrates schedules across your office or organization. It allows many users to each create their own individual calendars, giving access to different people as desired. They can create a calendar just for themselves, or for a committee or workgroup. Shared Calendars can also create a public calendar: ideal for integrating private committee meetings with public events. Its capabilities also include email reminders and recurring events.
